**Issue Summary:** On the 14th of May 2024, an issue was detected affecting several customers using 2022B Spatial Cloud service. This problem impacted both internal and public IntraMaps, rendering them inaccessible. **Root Cause Analysis:** There was an issue with our 2022B Spatial Cloud service due to a configuration problem with the server scaling groups. This resulted in no servers being available to process requests, which impacted the following services: * Spatial Tile Engine * Spatial Map Image **Corrective Actions:** * We identified the issue and reconfigured the server scaling groups. * Our team conducted a thorough review to ensure all servers were functioning properly once they were online. **Preventive Measures:** We have implemented a change to the automated server recycling process, which will ensure better availability and reduce the likelihood of similar issues occurring in the future.
