Degraded performance – delayed background processing

Between approximately 08:50 and 11:30 CEST, customers may have experienced general slowness across the platform and delays in background processing (e.g. resume parsing and other queued actions). The cause was a misconfigured recurring job that allowed overlapping runs, which blocked the background job queue and increased database load. We restarted the affected workers, corrected the job configuration, and added a database index to reduce load. Systems have been operating normally since approximately 11:30 CEST.
