Despite our best efforts, the TeamSnap dogs got into the server cabinets during one of our company ping-pong tournaments. It’s not pretty in there! So, from 3 to 6 a.m. ET on Thursday, May 12, TeamSnap services will be offline while we undo the cabling choices our canine friends made. We’ll keep you updated throughout the maintenance this page, and let you know as soon as everything is back up!

Whoops, timezones appear to have changed out plans a bit. The maintenance was scheduled for 1am CST, not MT. Thus we are proceeding with our work now. Sorry for the inconvenience! We'll do our best to be quick!

All is well! Thanks for your patience everyone! That was a lot of chewed up tennis balls to pick up, but server racks are clean! We will try to avoid canine server room antics in the future. (Read: Our maintenance to apply some important security and stability updates is complete).
