Starting at around 6pm EST today TaxJar customers making calls to /v2/customers or other endpoints with a customer_id included received 5xx errors. This was caused by a networking issue that was resolved around 10:50pm EST. We apologize for the degradation in service.
TaxJar API Users experienced a period of calculations returning $0 rates. The issue has been corrected. The duration of the issue was from 2:11 PM Eastern Time to 4:36 PM Eastern Time.
