As a result of elevated error rates impacting our live support channels, we have disabled them. Our Email channels remain unaffected by this issue. We are actively monitoring the issue and will provide more information as it becomes available. This issue is external to Stripe.

From 07:45 to 22:32 UTC, we disabled live support channels as a result of a widespread outage external to Stripe. Our Email channels remained unaffected by this issue. The issue is now resolved and all channels are operational.
