We're currently investigating a full service disruption with a downstream provider that began at 14:32 UTC. This has resulted in Live Chat support unavailability impacting both Chat and Request a Callback features. Requests to our other support channels are unaffected. This issue is external to Stripe and we are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

From 14:32 - 17:04 UTC, we saw a full service disruption with a downstream provider that impacted Stripe's Live Chat and Request a Callback functionality. The service provider has recovered and services have been restored. The issue was external to Stripe and is now resolved.
