    We are investigating an issue with one of our polling servers that is affecting realtime data performance on a subset of tags.

  2. resolved Mar 21, 2023, 04:40 PM UTC

    We were able to rollback some configuration changes to the polling within about 15 minutes. We have continued monitoring and the situation seems resolved.
