Transcription is not starting for some meetings in Microsoft Teams
Tactiq experienced a minor incident on February 10, 2023 affecting Tactiq Transcription for Microsoft Teams, lasting 11d. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are aware of an issue affecting a small number of users in some of their meetings in Microsoft Teams. The issue manifests as Tactiq starting but not showing any transcript being captured in the widget and not producing a transcript at the end of the meeting. This is caused by a change in Microsoft Teams that is slowly being rolled out. We are currently working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience!

We have the fix and are now waiting for the release review from Chrome Web Store and Edge Add-ons.

The fix has been approved andpublished in Chrome Web Store. The version is 3.1.774. Most browsers will automatically update within a few hours, but, if you want to speed it up, please refer to https://help.tactiq.io/en/articles/5337954-how-to-manually-update-the-extension-to-the-latest-version We will continue to monitor the situation.
