    We're aware of an issue impacting Agentforce availability for a subset of GovCloud customers. Affected customers may experience intermittent failures when interacting with Agents. When this occurs, chat sessions may fail and automatically transfer to a human agent, or may fail and require a new session. We're actively investigating the cause of intermittent failures and working to identify the source of the issue. We'll provide an update in 30 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

    We continue to investigate an intermittent issue impacting Agentforce Agent availability for a subset of GovCloud customers. We've identified that some requests from a specific agent type are being routed to a service that is not available, causing chat sessions to fail. When a failure occurs, chat sessions automatically transfer to a human agent, or customers must start a new session. We're exploring a potential emergency release with a fix. We'll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.
