    Reported Start Time: 11 Feb 2026 17:42 GMT Reported End Time: 11 Feb 2026 17:44 GMT Description: Some USE2 Clients may have some of their Visa (SMS/DMS) transactions returned with an Unknown Failure. All these transactions actually failed (these transactions did not reach Visa). The issue was fixed (backed out).
