Data restoration for the impacted users is in progress and an ETA for completion is 6-8 hours. Uploading of new documents will work as expected as well as downloading of those new documents just uploaded. Any document uploaded before beginning of business day today will not be available until restore finishes.

The incident was related to corruption of one of the tables in the database. Unfortunately, due to the size of the table, data recovery took a long time.
