   We are currently investigating reports of YouTube channel connections becoming invalid for some customers. Affected channels may show as disconnected, and reconnecting them may only resolve the issue temporarily. During this time, publishing to and retrieving data from affected YouTube channels may not work as expected. Our team is actively looking into the cause. We will post an update here as soon as we have more information.

   We have identified the cause of the YouTube channel connection issues: a change on YouTube's side affected the authorization of Brand Accounts. YouTube has since reverted this change, and authorization and token validation should be working normally again. If one of your YouTube channels is still shown as disconnected in Swat.io, please reconnect it once. Reconnected channels should now remain connected. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post a final update once we have confirmed that everything is stable.

   This incident has been resolved. The YouTube connection issues were caused by a change on YouTube's side affecting the authorization of YouTube Brand Accounts. YouTube has reverted this change, and we have confirmed that YouTube channels are connecting and staying connected normally again. If any of your YouTube channels is still shown as disconnected in Swat.io, please reconnect it once. If the problem persists after reconnecting, please contact our support team.    Since September 25, liking Instagram direct messages in Swat.io fails with the error message "An unexpected error has occurred. Please retry your request later." The cause is an issue on Meta's side with the Instagram API. It is not related to any recent changes in Swat.io. We have reported the issue to Meta and are waiting for a fix. Workaround: Please like direct messages directly in the Instagram app until the issue is resolved. We will update this page as soon as Meta has provided a fix.

   We are investigating intermittent errors affecting Swat.io. Some users may experience errors while using the application, including when publishing posts or working in the Inbox. We are working to restore normal service and will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

   Due to an Instagram-API related issue, publishing to Instagram accounts is limited. Especially video content is affected. We already filed a bug-report and will keep you posted.

   We are seeing less and less Instagram-API publishing errors: it seems the situation is getting better. We'll continue monitoring the APIs before confirming full functionality.

   We’re currently investigating an issue affecting Instagram carousel posts. When publishing a multi-image carousel, the post appears incorrectly in the personal feed of the connected Instagram account. Instead of displaying the full carousel, only a single image is shown without the ability to swipe through the remaining images. However, when viewing the post on the profile grid, the carousel is correctly recognized as a multi-image post. For now, we recommend that customers who need to publish carousel posts do so natively on Instagram until Meta resolves the issue.
