Swat.io Outage History

Since September 25, liking Instagram direct messages in Swat.io fails with the error message "An unexpected error has occurred. Please retry your request later." The cause is an issue on Meta's side with the Instagram API. It is not related to any recent changes in Swat.io. We have reported the issue to Meta and are waiting for a fix. Workaround: Please like direct messages directly in the Instagram app until the issue is resolved. We will update this page as soon as Meta has provided a fix.

We are continuing to investigate this issue.

We are investigating intermittent errors affecting Swat.io. Some users may experience errors while using the application, including when publishing posts or working in the Inbox. We are working to restore normal service and will provide another update as soon as we have more information.

We are experiencing delays with the LinkedIn API. Posts are processed and published successfully but may take up to 2 hours to appear in the live feed.

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting Instagram carousel posts. When publishing a multi-image carousel, the post appears incorrectly in the personal feed of the connected Instagram account. Instead of displaying the full carousel, only a single image is shown without the ability to swipe through the remaining images. However, when viewing the post on the profile grid, the carousel is correctly recognized as a multi-image post. For now, we recommend that customers who need to publish carousel posts do so natively on Instagram until Meta resolves the issue.

Due to ongoing Instagram API issues, some users may not be receiving all Instagram messages in their inbox. Not all accounts are affected. We are monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as Meta shares more information.

We are experiencing an issue with the Facebook API that prevents Reels from being published. Our team is monitoring the situation and awaiting a fix from Facebook.
