    We would like to inform you that we have scheduled a new maintenance window. During this time, we will be performing a major service upgrade impacting ALL license server related streaming products. This upgrade will reduce the likelihood of unplanned service disruptions. WHEN: April 30, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM CST. IMPACT: License Server will be upgraded with a new release, and immediately following, the new primary service location will cut over to our updated cloud infrastructure: IP: 20.221.242.164. No DRM domains will change. Customers are not expected to experience any disruptions to content playback. Following the change, our current primary service will remain as a Backup Service location. To best avoid issues, please ensure any firewall rules are set around the domain urls and not IP addresses.
