We wish to inform you of an important update regarding our services to our Cloud Streaming products. To ensure uninterrupted access and improved performance and features, please update any firewall rules as required by your network as follows: We strongly encourage adding a wildcard rule for swankmp.net to permit any subdomain for ease of maintenance: Add to allow list: *.swankmp.net Alternatively if required, you can: Add to allow list: streaming-identity.swankmp.net Add to allow list: pr.swankmp.net - as pr.swankmp.com will be deprecated in the future For those who use IP-based firewall rules, both of these services will come from the IP address 20.221.242.164 . However, we again strongly encourage the use of domain-based rules, as Cloud Service IP addresses may change without notice. October 1, 2024 , is our target to begin leveraging these endpoints for Cloud Streaming products. We recommend making these changes at your earliest convenience to avoid any disruption in service.
