  5. postmortem Mar 03, 2023, 03:14 PM UTC

We have recently experienced disturbances and instability in our online platform. This is due to 2 factors not related to each other. One factor has been a major upgrade of the SuperOffice application \(10.2.1\). The roll-out of this new version had to be made in several stages, which during the upgrade period caused unplanned downtime and instability. Unfortunately we have also had network-related issues during February, that required changes in the data centers outside of the scheduled maintenance windows. Most of the disruptions have occurred outside of regular working hours in Europe, but they have also led to shorter periods of service interruptions, and slowness in traffic during normal working hours. After the incident on March 2, we have completed all planned changes to mitigate the problems, and we now expect our service to be back in normal state. We are closely monitoring status and will react immediately to any deviation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are working to ensure that our platform is stable and reliable in the future.
