    On November 15th, at 9 pm CEST, as part of a scheduled maintenance, a planned deactivation of old server certificates was executed. Despite rigorous testing in our stage environment over an extended period, a configuration discrepancy went undetected, leading to downtime for specific app integrations like Erpsync and Quote connectors. The error was detected several hours post-production change during routine restart of the application authentication services. Our technical team addressed the issue and implemented corrective measures. The incident was closed November 16th 10.30 and we will review of our processes to enhance detection mechanisms and prevent similar incidents in the future.
