Shared SMTP service has low deliverability for some users
Supabase experienced a major incident on December 24, 2025 affecting Auth, lasting 8h 21m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are currently investigating an issue where some users have reported failures when sending email via the Shared SMTP service.
