    Desde el sábado a las 20:26, los follow-ups automáticos no se están pudiendo preparar por una falla con uno de nuestros proveedores de modelos de IA. Algunos no se enviaron y otros salieron con un mensaje genérico en inglés. Las respuestas de los asistentes y la atención en todos los canales funcionan con normalidad.

    El servicio se restableció a las 16:21. A las 17:40 desplegamos una corrección: si un follow-up no se puede preparar, ya no se envía un mensaje genérico. Ahora se reintenta y nuestro equipo recibe una alerta. Estamos contactando a las cuentas afectadas.
