Studentnet DC connectivity issue re-appears
Studentnet experienced a notice incident on January 27, 2021 affecting Web site and Studentnet SmartID - Authentication SSO and 1 more component, lasting 22h 14m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

A fix, being replacement hardware, is being installed to ensure continuity of service. All services remain available and operational during this time as they have been since investigation of second occurrence commenced.
