    Investigating about 1 in 5 outbound SMS messages primarily to Optus mobiles are failing to be delivered.

    Issue has been identified as a problem with Vodafone. Our sms carrier has advised has been rectified. We will monitor until we are confidant that texts are once again working successfully.
