We are investigating an issue affecting webhook receipt of orders from Shopify. Orders in Shopify are safe and we will begin processing them as soon as the issue is resolved. Orders submitted through the public API are not affected.

A temporary database disruption was impacting order ingestion and processing. Upstream and downstream systems were impacted. We are recovering and assessing impact to order flow, including reprocessing any that were disrupted.
