Service Update: Temporary Analytics Delay We’re currently experiencing a temporary disruption in analytics dashboards due to a global AWS infrastructure outage impacting multiple services across the web. What to expect: -Analytics dashboards may not load or display the latest data until AWS systems are fully restored. -Once AWS recovery is complete, our team will re-run all ETL processes to backfill data. During this period, some dashboards may appear slightly behind. -The Reports section remains available and should load normally, though performance may slow if multiple filters are applied simultaneously. What’s next: Our engineering team is closely monitoring AWS’ progress and will restore full analytics functionality as soon as their systems are stable.
