We are currently determining the confirmed root cause, it appears Retention Engine had an outage specifically attributed to MongoDb. A fix has been identified, and we are actively working on deploying. In the interim, customers will navigate through the standard Stay Ai cancellation flow until all systems for RE can be deemed operational.
