On August 10th, our development team deployed an update to the Upcoming Order feature, which resulted in some customers not receiving their upcoming notifications from August 12th to August 16th. We corrected the issue on August 16th and retroactively populated upcoming order events for all customers whose upcoming order notifications would have been sent from August 12th to August 16th. This outage resulted in 50% of upcoming order notifications to process 1-4 days out from their order, as opposed to 5 days out from their upcoming order. You will notice a surge in the upcoming order emails, which will be followed by a return to their normal volume.
