    Good Morning, Computer services is aware of an issue with user accounts asking for a second multifactor requirement after using Duo. Some accounts are being prompted to enter phone numbers for SMS passcodes to access different applications. We are working with our vendor support teams to try and resolve this issue.

    Dear Colleagues, Computer Services continues to work closely with our vendors to resolve the multifactor authentication (MFA) issue currently affecting access to district services. We have identified that Microsoft is not recognizing Duo as a valid authentication provider and is instead enforcing its own MFA requirements. This change appears to be related to Microsoft's Mandatory Multifactor Authentication Phase 2 rollout, which began earlier this month. More details on this rollout can be found in Microsoft’s official announcement: 🔗 https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/azure-mandatory-multifactor-authentication-phase-2-starting-in-october-2025/ We understand the inconvenience this may cause and are actively working toward a solution.     Good Morning, We are currently investigating an issue with the Character Strong website. Some resources on the Character Strong site, including images and videos, will oftentimes not load and the user will see 3 dots where the content should be. The problem is caused by how Securly handles the content on that particular website. Our team has been actively working with Securly to resolve the problem.     We have been working to resolve continuing issues with embedded content, such as videos and audio, not loading properly on some websites. We have seen this issue with Schoology, Formative, and Character Strong, among other sites. This issue only affects embedded content. Some resources on a web page, including videos and audio, will oftentimes not load, and the user will see 3 dots where the content should be. We have put in place a temporary change that should resolve this issue. This change will ONLY be applied to faculty and staff devices at this time to facilitate uninterrupted instruction. This issue presented as 3 dots appearing where content should have been. Securly was able to fix the issue by updating their system.     Good Afternoon, IT Services has become aware of an issue within Schoology when trying to add materials from an integrated item, such as Formative. The symptom that is occurring is after you click on Add Materials, choose Formative, a box pops up within Schoology to select additional materials. This box is remaining as a blank, white Screen. It appears that new features within Google Chrome version 138 are causing the white screens. Several platforms including Classlink and Schoology are being affected by this update. Our vendors are aware of the issue and Google has posted an incident on their status page and are working to address the issue in a future update.
