    Good Morning, We are currently investigating an issue with the Character Strong website. Some resources on the Character Strong site, including images and videos, will oftentimes not load and the user will see 3 dots where the content should be. The problem is caused by how Securly handles the content on that particular website. Our team has been actively working with Securly to resolve the problem.     We have been working to resolve continuing issues with embedded content, such as videos and audio, not loading properly on some websites. We have seen this issue with Schoology, Formative, and Character Strong, among other sites. This issue only affects embedded content. Some resources on a web page, including videos and audio, will oftentimes not load, and the user will see 3 dots where the content should be. We have put in place a temporary change that should resolve this issue. This change will ONLY be applied to faculty and staff devices at this time to facilitate uninterrupted instruction.     Good Afternoon, The issue with embedded content, such as audio and videos, not loading properly on sites including Character Strong, Formative, and within Schoology, has been resolved. This issue presented as 3 dots appearing where content should have been. Securly was able to fix the issue by updating their system. If you still experience issues with content not loading, please submit a ticket and we will look into specific cases further.
