We have identified why the Instagram access token can't be renewed sometimes. The actual Instagram implementation (marked as “Experimental) is based on an older API-version which is no longer supported and has major deprecations we cannot mitigate. Our teams are working on adjustments in the current implementation to adapt to the new API-Version. We expect a fix to be implemented in the next weeks and will keep you updated as we learn more. If you have any questions, please reach out to [email protected]. We are happy to help!
