    Customers reported problems with Twitter (X) -Data in our Comms Control Analytics and Dialog Module to not being fetched from the Platform. Unfortunately, Twitter (X) made an adjustment without further communication this morning - by moving our App in their internal structure. This affected the Access Token of the Twitter (X) -Channels, which need to be renewed again - including the confirmation of the Permission-Consent. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    We have experienced a Twitter (X) Access Token Incident this morning, which is resolved now. If you should have problems with your Twitter (X) Account and an invalid Access Token, please follow the steps below: 1. Ensure you are logged in into your Twitter (X) Profile you want to renew. 2. Renew the Access Token in Comms Control via (Team-Settings -> Content Settings -> Channels) for the respective Channels. 3.
