LinkedIn contents including mentions via @ within the content's text tend to not being published with the following error: "Channel Provider: LinkedIn: An error occurred while creating a post." We advise not using the @ within a LinkedIn text to successfully publish contents on the platform. Our teams have identified the root cause, contacted LinkedIn about the issue and are working to resolve this as fast as we can. We will share more information soon. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you have any questions regarding this topic, please reach out to our support at [email protected].

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer the integrated feature of @-mentions on LinkedIn posts in our Comms Control Product. As you may have noticed, we have tried several solutions to ensure that this feature is still available. However, at the moment LinkedIn does not allow this. API endpoints specifically intended for this are not publicly available, so we can't apply to them. Any permission will only be granted by LinkedIn itself. We assure you that we will continue to make efforts to be able to provide this function again via the official API in the future. Thank you for your understanding and apologies for the inconvenience.
