We are currently investigating an issue, when customers can't renew their Instagram Access Token for “Publish feature” - after the Access Token was invalidated.

We have identified why the Instagram access token can't be renewed sometimes. The actual Instagram implementation (marked as “Experimental) is based on an older API-version which is no longer supported and has major deprecations we cannot mitigate. Our teams are working on adjustments in the current implementation to adapt to the new API-Version. We expect a fix to be implemented in the next weeks and will keep you updated as we learn more.
