Earlier today, a global DNS disruption at our infrastructure provider Cloudflare caused intermittent access issues for some SSOJet services. Users may have experienced difficulties accessing login endpoints, API responses, or dashboard features during the incident. Current Status: Cloudflare has implemented a fix, and all SSOJet systems are now fully operational. We are closely monitoring system performance to ensure continued stability. Next Steps: We’re working with Cloudflare to review failover and redundancy mechanisms to minimize future impact.
