    We are investigating an issue with outbound SMS, including verification codes. We will keep this ticket up to date as we learn more.

    The issue here was with our telecommunications infrastructure partner that was experiencing delivery failures to a subset of phone numbers across multiple networks. They have reported that the issue is now resolved and they are seeing successful delivery of SMS messages to networks. We're continuing to work closely with them to ensure that the issue is truly resolved.
