We are currently experiencing a service outage affecting SpotOn Restaurant POS. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue and investigate the root cause. We expect resolution to take several hours. In the meantime, please use the Virtual Terminal here (http://dashboard.spoton.com) within the dashboard to process payments. Click on the icon with 9 dots in the top menu and choose Virtual Terminal.

SpotOn Restaurant connectivity issues have been fixed and service outages have been resolved. POS Online Ordering systems are online and functional. We continue to monitor the situation.
