A major upstream carrier is currently experiencing intermittent call quality issues. Due to this, you may experience broken audio on inbound calls that originate through the affected carrier. Both outbound and emergency calling has been routed around the provider and is not currently impacted. We are continuing to monitor this situation and will share any additional detail as we become aware of it.
- resolved Oct 14, 2021, 10:37 PM UTC
The upstream provider has made changes with its IP peering partners to adjust the routes that were causing choppy audio on calls. We observed the route changes and can confirm through our monitoring and testing that the issue has been resolved.
