Update 1/28 10:50am MT – Ongoing: Delayed Email Delivery (Yahoo/AOL) Email delivery delays are currently limited to messages sent to Yahoo and AOL email addresses. A provider outage is impacting parts of the Spectora platform. Here’s what we know: - Automations (Actions): Some are not triggering — especially time-based or delayed ones. Manual-triggered actions appear to still work. - V9 Media: Photos/videos may appear broken or missing. Fix: Re-add them using the web editor. - Support Chat: Still available, but may be slow to load. Our team is actively responding. - Possible Impact to HomeBinder: We’re investigating possible issues sending reports. We’ll continue to post updates here as things stabilize. Update 7/16 @ 1:45pm The issue causing some reports to get stuck during building and preventing access to reports appears to be resolved. We’re continuing to monitor closely and are actively implementing long-term improvements to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this. July 16, 2025 @ 1:20pm We’re currently investigating an issue where some reports are getting stuck during the build process, and some customers are unable to view reports. We don’t believe all users are affected, but we’re continuing to monitor and investigate to ensure full resolution. We’ll provide updates as we learn more. Thank you for your patience.
One of our database providers is currently experiencing a global outage impacting certain Spectora features. Impact: Users can still work onsite and complete reports offline Syncing may not work Users may not be able to download new reports or access the web editor * Do not log out — if you do, you might not be able to log in again. We are actively monitoring the situation and will update this page when the issue is resolved. We appreciate your patience.
6/12 @ 4:55 pm MT Update: Media Processing Progress Video processing is already complete, and videos should now appear in your reports! Image processing is still underway, with an estimated completion time of ~7 pm MT. No action is needed — images will update automatically as processing completes. We’ll share a final update when all processing is done.
