    Update 7/16 @ 1:45pm The issue causing some reports to get stuck during building and preventing access to reports appears to be resolved. We’re continuing to monitor closely and are actively implementing long-term improvements to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this. July 16, 2025 @ 1:20pm We’re currently investigating an issue where some reports are getting stuck during the build process, and some customers are unable to view reports. We don’t believe all users are affected, but we’re continuing to monitor and investigate to ensure full resolution. We’ll provide updates as we learn more. Thank you for your patience.
