SparkPost experienced a minor incident on November 27, 2025 affecting SMTP Delivery - USA, lasting 1h 1m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The MTA1 cluster is beginning to stabilize and we are seeing active recovery. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as the cluster fully recovers.
