Update timeline

  1. monitoring Mar 28, 2022, 02:44 PM UTC

A number of support tickets have been opened about a database upgrade error that occurs when applying the April General release of 360 Encompass: > Cannot find the object "dbo.PPRNorms" because it does not exist or you do not have permissions The Managed Services Operations Team has confirmed that this error was logged while updating non-production instances of 360 Encompass in the Cloud (on 2022-03-24). It is currently unclear whether this error a.) negatively affects application functionality or b.) will be addressed (e.g. whether the release will be re-posted). We are continuing to monitor this issue. This incident will be updated prior to the application of the April General to Production this coming Wednesday, 03/30.

  2. resolved Mar 29, 2022, 05:26 PM UTC

3M HIS development has published an internal (3M HIS only) alert about this issue, but has clarified that the issue is not expected to affect the application beyond preventing certain visits with dates of service greater than April 1st from being represented correctly in certain reports. The issue is expected to be resolved in the April Sp1 release of 360 Encompass (R22 APR SP1).
