We are investigating an issue affecting Mastercard 3D Secure that's causing some online card payments to be declined unexpectedly. We apologise for inconvenience caused and will issue further updates as soon as possible.

Our 3D Secure provider has informed us that most Mastercard services have now been restored and most payments are processing normally. The scheme is still subject to intermittent timeout issues which may still cause some unexpected payment declines. We continue to liaise with our provider and will issue further updates in due course. We apologise for the continued inconvenience.
