Our service provider has made us aware of an issue with Verification of Payee functionality that is affecting EUR payment creation as well as the addition of payees. At this time, creation of EUR bank transfer payments is not possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused as will issue further updates in due course.

Our technical team has implemented a fix and is monitoring performance. EUR payments to existing payees are processing normally, although when attempting to create a new payee users may see warning messages asking them to ensure they have correctly entered payee details.
