Update timeline

  1. investigating Jul 07, 2023, 11:08 AM UTC

We are currently encountering a problem with the ability to autoscale new nodes in the EKS cluster for Canada Central (Montreal). This blocks the ability to create new Event Broker Services in this region. Solace is actively working on the fix to resolve this issue. To avoid further failure in service creation we have disabled this region until we resolve this issue. All existing services will be unaffected. We will provide more details once we have a schedule for a fix.
