    Dear Customer, SOCaaS portal was not accessible from the evening of May 28, 2025 PST due to unexpected changes in DNS records. This incident could have impacted customers at different times depending on their DNS settings but the incident has been resolved as of 8:30 AM PST May 29, 2025. Please note that no data was lost as a result of this incident and SOC 24\7 monitoring was ongoing during this period. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
