Update timeline
- investigating Jul 10, 2025, 07:58 PM UTC
Current status: We're investigating an issue with Snowflake Data Cloud. We'll provide an update within 60 minutes. Customer experience: Customers hosted in the specified regions may be unable to access or use Snowflake services and features using Snowsight. Incident start time: 19:33 UTC July 10, 2025
- monitoring Jul 10, 2025, 09:01 PM UTC
Current status: We identified that a change related to a recent feature implementation degraded the infrastructure responsible for Snowsight and prevented requests from completing successfully. We rerouted traffic through healthy infrastructure to mitigate impact, and we're continuing to monitor the environment until we're confident all services are functioning properly. Customer experience: Customers hosted in the specified regions may have been unable to access or use Snowflake services and features using Snowsight. Incident start time: 19:40 UTC July 10, 2025 Incident end time: 20:20 UTC July 10, 2025 Preliminary root cause: We determined that a recent feature implementation caused a performance degradation in a subset of infrastructure responsible for Snowsight. As part of the deployment process, traffic was temporarily rerouted; however, a misconfiguration prevented requests from being processed as expected and resulted in customers being unable to access the service.
