The SMX Australia primary site was inaccessible between 1:10 P.M. and 4:50 P.M. NZDT on Sunday, 3rd February 2019, due to problems with our upstream network provider. Filtering services remained available through our secondary site, and as such, mail flow for most customers was unaffected. We are working with our network provider to understand what happened and how such incidents can be avoided in the future.
