SmugMug experienced a major incident on January 29, 2021 affecting Web and Photos/Videos and 1 more component, lasting 3d 16h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

A small number of people may experience momentary issues with how some website pages are displaying. We're getting to the bottom of this bug and will update with more info once we've made a fix.

We're continuing to work on this problem. We've narrowed down the cause of this and are working on fully repairing the pages and searches that are not loading.

Many features of the SmugMug platform rely on search, including search results pages, your Photos Section, recent content blocks, keywords, some portions of the ecommerce and shopping experience, etc. We're still working hard to resolve and fix the issue affecting these features and will continue to update as we know more.

We have restored full functionality to the shopping experience. Some other search results may have degraded performance as we continue to work on improving search capacity.
