We are experiencing problems with reports: smaps which use a generated report template and additionally have a custom report template stored switch to the custom report template if the smap was changed recently. We are working on a quick solution.

We would like to inform you about a recent error in report generation that has now been resolved. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this incident may have caused. What Happened? Due to a technical issue, an incorrect template was mistakenly used for some reports. This affected both the email distribution of reports and their download in the data view. As a result, there may have been instances of erroneous or inappropriate reports being sent out. What Have We Done? Our team promptly analyzed the issue and implemented the necessary corrections. The reporting functionality is now operating as usual. Important Note: Reports that have already been sent via email cannot be resent. However, you have the option to download the correct report from the data view of your affected smaps. What Should You Do?
