    On July 15th, 2024 from 4:40AM to 5:00AM PT, Student Domains and Admin Dashboard experienced degraded performance and was inaccessible during that time frame. The issue was identified as an unusual pattern of API requests causing degraded performance. A fix was put in place to prevent this from happening in the future.
