Our initial analysis indicates that the application servers supporting the web client went down due to high memory usage . As of Jun 17, 2026 12:02:01 PM UTC , the service has been restored and is accessible to all users. We are continuing to investigate the root cause of the memory issue to prevent recurrence. There is no impact to the monitoring of your resources during this period.
