We are investigating an issue impacting the use of special Utf8 characters being unsupported. For example if you add an emoji to an envelope title, a contact or in a text box on an envelope this will produce errors. We are seeing a small number of instances of this, the team are investigating a solution. We will share an update as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience.
